Eukaryotic Vectors?

In order for a eukaryotic vector to be propagated in a host eukaryotic cell, the vector needs:

a. telomeres

b. centromeres

c. an origin of replication

d. all of the above

Eukaryotic Vectors?
All of the above

Telomeres may protect the DNA from degradation, but are mainly important in ensuring that all DNA sequences are copied and recognized

Centromeres are required for the stability of the molecule, for proper mitosis, and for the control of heterocromatin/euchromatin

ORIs are required so that you can replicate the sequence :P
