Physics vector problem please help?

my teacher explains everything bad so far im learning more asking question here and looking at the answer to see how to do it.

Vector A,B and C are given.

Vector A has x-component = +5.00 and y-component=+7.00

vector B has x-component = +9.00 and y -component =-3.00

vector c has x-component = -5.00 and y -component= +5.00

find the x- and y - components of the resultant vector r

thank you

Physics vector problem please help?
This is much easier than you think. Simply add the components of each vector to find the resulting vector. 5 + 9 - 5 = 9 as your x, and y is 7 - 3 + 5 = 9 as well. The resultant should be a vector of magnitude (2 * 9 ^2)^.5 = 12.72 at a 45 degree angle, although this information is not critical to your answer.
